SSP America operates a variety of restaurants throughout the Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport, featuring beloved local establishments such as Max & Erma’s, Coffee Beanery, Chili’s, Andiamo, Sora, Corridor, and many others.

As a Server at SSP America, you can expect to:
– Provide knowledgeable responses to guest inquiries and offer thoughtful suggestions regarding menu items and services
– Accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system
– Prepare dishes for service, including ladling soup, tossing salads, cutting portions of desserts, and brewing coffee
– Observe guests to anticipate their needs and address any additional requests promptly
– Efficiently clear used dishes from tables
– Balance and reconcile all assigned open and closed checks, ensuring accurate totaling of bills and processing of payments
– Clear and reset tables or counters at the conclusion of each course
