AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.95 for a Server in Shelby Township, MI, is competitive, especially when considering the broader industry standards for this role. As of recent data, the average hourly wage for servers can range from $13 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, establishment type, and regional variations.
