Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking both full-time and part-time Servers to join our esteemed team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests and attend to their needs; provide menus and clearly communicate daily specials while answering any menu-related inquiries and capturing food and beverage orders.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
  • Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and deliver checks to guests.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow restaurant servers, kitchen staff, and bar personnel.
  • Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned, ensuring all equipment and workspaces remain clean, sanitized, organized, and fully operational.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
  • One year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment is preferred; familiarity with point-of-sale systems in a service or hospitality setting is beneficial.
  • A high school diploma or GED is not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; prolonged standing, walking, and bending, which may include ascending stairs.
  • Sufficient visual and auditory acuity to take orders and prepare checks.
