Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking both full-time and part-time Servers to join our team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to guests’ needs, providing menus while clearly communicating restaurant specials, addressing menu inquiries, and collecting food and beverage orders
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with all relevant alcohol service policies and procedures
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and prepare and deliver checks to guests
• Collaborate effectively with other restaurant servers, kitchen staff, and bar personnel
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned, ensuring that all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning effectively

Qualifications:

• Experience with cash handling and credit card processing
• A year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment is preferred, along with familiarity with point-of-sale systems in service or hospitality settings
• A high school diploma or GED is not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and comfortably remain in a standing or walking position for extended periods, including climbing stairs
• Visual and auditory skills necessary to take orders and prepare checks
