Job description:
Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Service Response Center Manager 2 to oversee the Call Center for our patient dining program at the University of Cincinnati Health in Cincinnati, Ohio. This dynamic leader will manage the Call Center operations supporting two hospitals, serving approximately 800 patients. Reporting to the General Manager of Food Service, the Service Response Center Manager will lead a team of 10 professionals. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in clinical nutrition and/or call center operations, along with strong customer service capabilities. The typical working hours will be flexible between 6:30 am and 7:30 pm, including occasional weekend coverage.

In this role, you will:

– Lead a high-volume call center team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.
– Effectively manage multiple priorities while demonstrating professional communication skills to uphold high standards of customer service.
– Conduct call audits to ensure quality assurance and service excellence.
– Provide comprehensive customer service training to team members.
– Prioritize tasks and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to additional responsibilities as required.
