Job description:
Build lasting customer relationships while crafting exceptional framing solutions for their artwork. Assist customers in navigating our store to effectively locate the items they desire, all while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards, while implementing company policies effectively.
- Foster relationships with customers through personalized design interactions, utilizing our Elevated ABC Deliver approach to create innovative custom framing solutions, leading to successful sales and production outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality framing orders within the established timeframe.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and other designated areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in their shopping experience, ensuring a well-merchandised and stocked store.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company initiatives.
- Support shrink and safety programs to maintain operational integrity.
- Engage with colleagues and customers in a respectful demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations, and exemplifying the organization’s vision and values.
- Participate in the unloading and stocking of inventory to meet budgetary standards.
- Accurately operate the cash register and manage cash handling following established protocols.
- Acknowledge customer presence, assist in product location, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Assist with omni-channel operations as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills and measuring abilities are essential.
- Familiarity with framing equipment and glass cutting is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is advantageous.
- Experience in selling products and/or services to customers is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly engage in bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Ability to navigate the store physically throughout the day.
- Capable of standing for extended periods.
