As a Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and troubleshooting for our products and systems, both remotely and on-site at the local facility. This entails diagnosing faults and delivering immediate solutions to minimize operational downtime.

Your responsibilities will also include performing scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs for a variety of equipment and systems within the premises, which is essential for ensuring optimal operational efficiency and extending the lifespan of our technology.

In this position, you may participate in the installation and configuration of new equipment or systems at the local facility. Ensuring all components are functioning correctly and meet company standards will be a key part of your role.

Accurate and detailed documentation of maintenance schedules, repairs, and troubleshooting processes is vital, as it is crucial for tracking the overall health of the equipment and for planning future maintenance activities.

You will conduct rigorous product testing and quality assurance to ensure our products and systems meet required specifications and quality standards. Additionally, your technical expertise may assist in developing and refining products based on your findings.

Collaboration with customer support teams is essential to provide technical insights and solutions for client inquiries related to our products and systems, ultimately enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
