AI Pay Analysis: To accurately analyze the hourly rate for the “Shift Lead” role in Farmington Hills, MI, you would typically compare it against local market rates, industry standards, and wage trends. As of my last data update, the average hourly rate for similar positions, depending on the industry—such as retail, food service, or manufacturing—typically ranges from $15 to $25. This range can vary based on factors like experience, company size, and specific job responsibilities. To determine if the rate offered is competitive, it would be ideal to more specifically align it with the average for similar roles in the area, taking into consideration cost of living adjustments and benefits.
