Job description:

As a GetGo Crew Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both customer and Team Member needs are met with excellence. Your focus will be on delivering safe, efficient, accurate, and enjoyable shopping experiences, while also providing coaching and guidance to Team Members. In this position, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our store and embark on a fast track to store leadership, coaching and supervising the team in collaboration with the Store Leader.

Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience is required, with an emphasis on supervisory and customer service/retail experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is desired, and Food Safety certification or licensing is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be at least 18 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of operations for Team Members, customers, and products.
  • Surpass customer and Team Member expectations by delivering efficient, pleasant food service, providing coaching to Team Members, and maintaining exemplary service to vendors and stakeholders.
  • Foster a friendly and fast-paced culture by engaging with Team Members and customers warmly and enthusiastically.
  • Oversee the training of new Team Members, ensuring that all personnel are performing efficiently and effectively to prioritize customer service.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to hourly Team Members and, when necessary, to peer Leads.
  • Ensure that all Team Members uphold proper food-handling certifications.
  • Actively monitor competitor fuel pricing and collaborate with business partners to remain competitive in the market.
  • Promptly address any equipment issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by leading the team at the registers as needed while also stepping in as a GoGetter.
  • Perform duties as a GoGetter, Kitchen GoGetter, and/or WetGoGetter when required.
  • Assist the Store Leader with scheduling, adjustments, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
  • Serve as a welcoming presence at the registers, ensuring prompt and friendly service, while coaching your team to deliver the same level of service.
  • Promote an inclusive environment that values diversity, ensuring that every Team Member’s voice is heard.

Compensation: Starting rate of pay is $16.50.
