We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Shift Supervisor. This role is located at the Abercrombie & Fitch Global Home Office at 6301 Fitch Path, New Albany, OH 43054. Please note that applications are only accepted online.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will direct the activities of associates during your designated shift, ensuring that all assigned duties are completed and that established policies and procedures are upheld.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train associates and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, recognizing high achievers and addressing any performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure that the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding complaints or requests for time off.
• Act as a mentor to develop staff, encouraging them to set personal goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
