Job Title: SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $19 – 21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 to $21 for a full-time Shift Supervisor in Columbus, OH, appears to be somewhat competitive but may fall on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. As of late 2023, similar supervisory roles in the retail, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors typically offer hourly wages ranging from $20 to $25, depending on the specific industry, company size, and individual experience. While this rate may attract some candidates, it may not be sufficient to retain more experienced or highly qualified professionals in a competitive job market, particularly as wages have been rising in many sectors. Essentially, to enhance competitiveness, employers might consider increasing the wage offer or providing additional incentives related to benefits and career advancement opportunities.
