Job description:

As a GetGo Crew Lead, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding the needs and expectations of both customers and Team Members by ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable shopping experience. In this capacity, you will not only provide outstanding food services but also guide and coach Team Members, helping the store operate seamlessly. This role positions you on a fast track towards store leadership, as you will coach, supervise, and lead the team, often functioning in support of the Store Leader.

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Experience Desired: Supervisory Experience, Customer Service/Retail Experience
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Certification or Licensing Preferred: Food Safety
Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety in every aspect of work to protect our Team Members, customers, and products.
• Go above and beyond to meet customer and Team Member needs by delivering safe, efficient, accurate, and pleasant food service, while providing guidance and coaching to Team Members, as well as exemplary service to vendors and stakeholders.
• Foster a vibrant and friendly culture by sharing enthusiasm for service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both Team Members and customers.
• Oversee the training of new Team Members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on enabling smooth customer transactions.
• Offer training and leadership to hourly Team Members within the store and, when assigned, to peer Leads.
• Ensure that all Team Members maintain the necessary food-handling certifications.
• Monitor competitor fuel pricing proactively and collaborate with applicable business partners to ensure competitiveness.
• Quickly address any equipment issues.
• Demonstrate flexibility by leading the team at the registers and seamlessly transitioning into a GoGetter role as needed.
• Perform duties as a GoGetter, Kitchen GoGetter, and/or WetGoGetter as required.
• Assist the Store Leader with scheduling, adjustments, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Represent the store at the registers, efficiently processing customer transactions with a smile while motivating your team to do the same.
• Cultivate an inclusive and diverse environment, recognizing that every Team Member has a valuable voice.

Starting Rate of Pay: $16.50
