Job description:

As a GetGo Crew Lead, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding the needs and expectations of both customers and Team Members by delivering safe, efficient, accurate, and enjoyable shopping, purchasing, and food service experiences. Additionally, you will provide guidance and coaching to Team Members, ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This position serves as a stepping stone towards store leadership, where you will coach, supervise, and lead the team in collaboration with the Store Leader.

Qualifications:

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
• Desired Experience: Supervisory experience and customer service/retail experience
• Education Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing: Food Safety certification preferred
• Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety in all aspects of operations for Team Members, customers, and products.
• Surpass customer and Team Member expectations by providing safe, efficient, accurate food service and exemplary guidance to Team Members, as well as outstanding service to vendors and stakeholders.
• Foster a fast and friendly culture by demonstrating warmth and a passion for service with a genuine smile towards all Team Members and customers.
• Oversee the training of new Team Members, ensuring all staff operate in the most efficient and effective manner, with a focus on facilitating customer transactions swiftly.
• Provide training and leadership to hourly Team Members and, when assigned, to peer Leads.
• Ensure all Team Members uphold proper food-handling certifications.
• Proactively monitor competitor fuel pricing and collaborate with relevant business partners to maintain competitiveness.
• Address any equipment issues promptly and effectively.
• Exhibit flexibility by leading the team at the registers when needed and stepping in as a GoGetter as circumstances require.
• Perform duties as a GoGetter, Kitchen GoGetter, and/or WetGoGetter as necessary.
• Assist the Store Leader with scheduling, adjustments, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Serve as the face of the store at our registers, processing customer transactions quickly and amicably while coaching your team to deliver the same level of service.
• Promote an environment of inclusion and diversity, recognizing that each Team Member’s voice is important.

Starting Rate of Pay: $16.50
