Ferguson is currently seeking a qualified Showroom Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to the success of a multi-billion-dollar organization.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM; Saturdays, 10 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional assistance to customers on the showroom floor
  • Enhance your knowledge of our comprehensive product offerings
  • Collaborate effectively with Outside Sales Associates
  • Support Showroom Sales consultants by executing administrative tasks that fulfill customer needs
  • Ensure the delivery of personalized service by providing timely quotations and precise order processing
  • Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and handle sales inquiries for general information

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances is advantageous
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet goals, foster relationships, and thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions, along with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
  • Basic digital literacy

This position is eligible for commission, with an estimated total compensation range of $40,000 – $50,000 annually.
