We are seeking a dedicated and talented Showroom Manager to lead our team of Luxury Sales Consultants at our retail showroom located in the Somerset Collection in Troy, MI. The ideal candidate will exemplify our white-glove service culture and possess a strong enthusiasm for educating customers on their jewelry purchases. The Showroom Manager will serve as a vital resource for the team, providing guidance on Blue Nile products, best practices, sales techniques, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Personal Jewelers to ensure high-level customer service and create a consultative sales environment.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of Blue Nile products, practices, and consultative selling techniques, while continually seeking improvements for team performance.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with Personal Jewelers, demonstrating exceptional active listening skills and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of service while managing costs and achieving company goals and metrics.
  • Oversee guest experiences to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate precise information and set clear expectations for customers, ensuring a consistent and on-brand Blue Nile experience.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a team of Personal Jewelers to align with business requirements.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold integrity in interactions with both customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with regional management to relay impactful insights regarding business trends.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, and willingness to attend off-site meetings that may require overnight travel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a customer service-focused sales environment.

Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $66,000 to $99,000. The base pay offered may vary based on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
