Job Title: Shuttle Driver | Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites | 3rd Shift

Company: Greenleaf Hospitality Group

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Shuttle Driver” position at the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites in Kalamazoo, MI, is relatively competitive but may be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the hospitality sector, especially considering the responsibilities typically associated with shuttle driving, which may include customer service and vehicle maintenance. As of 2023, the median pay for shuttle drivers and similar positions in hotel and transportation industries in Michigan tends to range between $15 and $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific job requirements, and additional benefits. Therefore, while the offer is at least in line with the base expectations, it may not fully attract more experienced drivers or those seeking a more lucrative compensation package, particularly when factoring in the demanding hours of a 3rd shift role.
