WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE ROSEVILLE HEIGHTS COSTCO LOCATION!

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven professionals to serve as passionate brand ambassadors. This is an exceptional opportunity to promote and sell nutritional supplements from Qunol & Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a sales representative, you will receive training to drive sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our NEW Super Greens, Pure Colostrum Powder, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, Magnesium, and various Turmeric products.

Available Demo Hours: 10 AM – 5:30 PM (All days available; Saturday and Sunday typically yield the highest commission opportunities.)

This position is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income with part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting pay of $26 per hour plus bonuses for exceeding sales quotas
• W-2 Employment
• A promotional kit is provided, along with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
• Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, while top performers can earn over $500 per day!

Bonus Structure:
We offer a variety of products at Costco. Shifts are from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing you to earn credit for daily sales. The bonus structure below illustrates potential earnings:

• Sell 30 Super Greens: Earn $90 in commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: Earn $60 in commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (non-sale): Earn $15 in commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage with Costco members to promote products from our suppliers.
• Represent yourself and the company with professionalism at Costco.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly monitor messages regarding scheduling and communication from your manager.
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with your team or regional manager.
• Lift and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back at the end of your shift.
• Carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work independently without direct supervision as the sole team member at your location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and converse with customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in direct sales.
• Proficiency with email and basic computer/mobile device operations.
