We are excited to announce an opportunity at the Boston Heights Costco location! We are seeking positive, energetic, and sales-oriented professionals to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for our nutritional supplements, including those made by Qunol and Zena, such as Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Our representatives will receive training to effectively encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our highly sought-after products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, Pure Colostrum Powder, CoQ10, Magnesium, and various Turmeric items.

Available demo hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with all days open for scheduling. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are particularly lucrative commission days. This sales role is perfect for individuals seeking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting hourly wage of $26, with additional bonuses for exceeding sales quotas
• W-2 employment status
• Promotional kit provided, along with bi-weekly direct deposit paychecks
• Average earnings for our brand ambassadors range from $200 to $300 per day, with top performers earning over $500 daily!

Bonus Structure:
Our compensation package includes bonuses that reflect potential earnings based on product sales during your shifts. Shifts begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 5:30 PM, allowing you to take advantage of additional sales opportunities throughout Costco’s operational hours.

• Sell 30 units of Super Greens for a $90 commission
• Sell 20 units of Liquid Collagen for a $60 commission
• Sell 5 units of Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) for a $15 commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with Costco members to promote various supplied brands
• Represent yourself and the company professionally while on-site at Costco
• Deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of Direct Demo
• Regularly check for scheduling updates and other communications from your manager
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with your team or regional manager
• Capable of lifting and transporting a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back
• Ability to carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from your vehicle at the beginning and end of each shift
• Stand for extended periods throughout the day
• Work independently without direct supervision as the sole team member at each location

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with a strong ability to approach and converse with customers
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in direct sales
• Proficient with email and basic computer/mobile device applications
