Company: Community Space Brands
Location: Dublin, OH
Pay: $21 – 25 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $21 to $25 for a Sous Chef position in Dublin, OH, falls at the lower to mid-range of industry standards. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics and various job market analyses, the median pay for Sous Chefs nationally tends to be around $17 to $25 per hour, with higher rates in urban areas or establishments with greater culinary demands. Given Dublin’s proximity to Columbus, a growing metropolitan area, this rate is relatively competitive, especially for candidates with less experience.
