AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for the “Sous Chef – Troy” position in Troy, MI, I would need specific figures for the compensation being offered. However, as of my last knowledge update in October 2023, the hourly pay for a Sous Chef typically ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, establishment type, and location. In Troy, MI, rates may be influenced by the local cost of living and market demand. Therefore, to determine competitiveness, compare the offered rate against this range and consider the benefits and work environment associated with the position. If the rate falls within or above this typical range, it may be considered competitive; if it’s lower, it may struggle to attract qualified candidates.
