In this Role:

• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies and ensure cleanliness for each guest.
• Restock towels, linens, and spa products in treatment and locker rooms, as well as relaxation areas.
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment in all spa areas throughout the day.
• Replenish beverage stations with water, tea, and snacks for guests.
• Welcome and assist guests with their belongings upon arrival and departure from the spa.
• Escort guests to their designated areas, including treatment rooms, locker facilities, and relaxation lounges.
• Provide valet parking assistance as required.
• Deliver superior customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and needs.
• Offer detailed information about spa services and amenities to guests.
• Foster guest satisfaction by creating a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and order in all spa areas, including locker rooms, showers, and relaxation lounges.
• Immediately report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Spa Manager.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Collaborate closely with spa staff—including therapists, receptionists, and other attendants—to ensure a harmonious service experience.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events and group bookings.
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions to remain informed about spa policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of spa supplies and linens, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
• Help receive and organize deliveries of spa products and supplies.
• Perform all other tasks assigned as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably within a spa or hotel environment, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational capabilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with the capacity to address guest needs promptly and courteously.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to perceive colors, and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Must possess the manual dexterity necessary to operate job-related equipment.
• Ability to access all properties and operational areas.
