Our Spa Center is seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our expanding team. This unique opportunity is ideal for a business that places a high value on friendliness, organization, and expertise in the field. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations and collaborating with our staff to manage the spa schedule effectively. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in front sales, proficiency in PC applications and CRM systems, along with essential industry knowledge. While a background as an esthetician is highly desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor and a warm smile.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage appointments and schedule reservations appropriately.
  • Promote and sell products and treatments, consistently achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information to clients.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Requirements:
