Job Description
Job Title: Specialist – Culture & Inclusion
Company: Wendy’s
Location: Dublin, OH
Pay: $60000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $60,000 for a “Specialist – Culture & Inclusion” in Dublin, OH equates to an hourly rate of approximately $28.85. This compensation appears to be below the industry average for similar roles in larger urban areas, where wages for culture and inclusion specialists typically range from $50,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Given that Dublin has a relatively high cost of living compared to other parts of Ohio, and considering the increasing demand for diversity and inclusion roles, this salary may not be considered competitive or sufficient to attract top talent in the field.
