AI Pay Analysis: To determine if the hourly rate for a “Speech Language Pathologist – Part-Time/PRN” in Big Rapids, MI, is competitive and aligns with industry standards, we must consider the average salaries in the region and for the profession. As of late 2023, speech-language pathologists in Michigan typically earn between $30 to $50 per hour, depending on experience, specific location, and demand. In rural areas like Big Rapids, rates may trend towards the lower end of this spectrum due to local economic conditions and cost of living considerations. If the offered rate falls within or slightly above this range, it would be considered competitive; however, if it is significantly lower, it may not attract qualified candidates effectively. Always refer to current job postings and salary surveys for the most precise analysis.
