General Function:
The Sports Aide will play a pivotal role in the preparation, implementation, and management of youth and adult sports programming.

Education/Experience/Training/Certifications:
– Experience working with children in a supervised environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
– Basic knowledge of sports is advantageous, yet not a requirement.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
– Aid in the planning and execution of sports activities.
– Ensure the smooth operation of all sports programs by providing support as needed, including coaching, officiating, managing the score clock, and conducting sports samplings or other classes.
– Maintain the quality and inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials.
– Assist in the appropriate storage of program equipment.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Abilities & Skills:
– Ability to handle equipment, including the strength to lift, carry, push, or pull as necessary.
