The Senior Account Executive for National Accounts Off-Premise is tasked with establishing and nurturing strong relationships with major national chains and agencies within the beverage alcohol sector. This role involves developing annual off-premise business plans to boost sales, planning and delivering supplier KPIs, expanding market share, managing supplier relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities in the off-premise segment. Your principal aim will be to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.

In this role, you will:

– Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for chain accounts to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth within the off-premise sector.
– Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts across all off-premise channels, gaining insights into their consumers and business needs to become a trusted advisor.
– Establish sales targets, create and manage sales forecasts, and monitor performance against objectives, proactively addressing any deviations to ensure the team remains on track to meet or exceed goals.
– Ensure compliance and execution standards for NASA programs are consistently met.
– Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track performance against organizational goals.
– Collaborate with supplier partner national account sales teams to develop customer business plans and secure brand activation resources that drive revenue growth and market share.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including category management, marketing, eRNDC, and supplier partners, to create customized solutions that address the specific needs of each account.
– Conduct product presentations, tastings, and training sessions to educate customers on product features and benefits, thereby driving sales.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, challenges, and potential areas for growth.
– Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving demand.
– Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team.
– Stay informed about industry trends, category solutions, new product launches, and emerging customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
– Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build relationships, and stay informed about market developments.
– Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise through self-directed learning and professional development activities.
– Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

What you bring to RNDC:

– A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in sales management within the beverage alcohol industry, or a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Availability to work evening hours and weekends to support customer needs as required.
– Ability to travel 60% of the time to support field accounts within an assigned territory.
