The Data Analytics Principal Architect will be responsible for developing, curating, and executing comprehensive architectures, policies, practices, procedures, and data management strategies that address the information lifecycle requirements of the organization. This role will also encompass conducting market and functional research to enhance the organization’s operational capabilities.
Key Accountabilities include collaborating with leadership to define and implement long-term strategic objectives for business intelligence and data science initiatives. This involves researching, testing, and adopting emerging technologies while overseeing knowledge management within the realms of data science and business intelligence. The successful candidate will establish and lead governance frameworks for enterprise analytics, ensuring the integrity and enhancement of data quality, completeness, and redundancy. Additionally, the role requires the promotion of a robust cloud analytics strategy.
The Data Analytics Principal Architect will lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to business intelligence and data science, aligning deliverables with the organization’s data strategy and a focus on quality customer service. Building and maintaining both North American and global relationships will be essential for fostering trust and credibility while understanding and addressing the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Utilizing persuasive skills to achieve strategic objectives with Enterprise IT will be a critical aspect of this role.
Workstyle is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week onsite at the local office in Ohio.

Qualifications include a degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum experience required encompasses over 15 years in Data Sciences, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Information Management, along with certifications in relevant analytics, data science, and business intelligence tools. Candidates should possess expertise in strategy development, project execution, and operations management.
