In the realm of Software Engineering, we focus on the systematic design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software. The roles within this function encompass all core development activities across various technology initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality code for our applications, products, and services. You will work to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of product roadmaps.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall development life cycle of solutions and complex projects.
- Lead the development team in designing, coding, testing, deploying, and debugging applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to formulate strategies and roadmaps that drive business success.
- Partner with fellow lead engineers to determine optimal technical designs and approaches for new product developments.
- Establish best practices for software development and documentation, ensuring designs meet requirements and delivering high-quality work within tight schedules.
- Oversee project management aspects, including prioritization, planning of projects and features, stakeholder management, and tracking external commitments.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, recommending alternative technical and business approaches, and leading engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in full software development lifecycle projects within an agile environment, including Domain Driven Design and Event Driven Architecture.
- At least 1 year of experience in building web applications and RESTful web services.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational database management systems.
- At least 1 year of experience with .NET Core or similar object-oriented programming languages.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
