Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Staffing Specialist who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. In this role, you will support the Branch Manager by assisting with daily operations, which include recruiting new applicants, guiding candidates through the employment process, matching them with suitable positions, filling our clients’ open roles, scheduling appointments, meeting with both new and existing customers, generating sales, and more. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering strong relationships with customers and associates.
  • Efficiently navigate various operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the staffing application JobStack.
  • Enter orders from new and existing customers into our system promptly.
  • Proactively recruit new applicants and align them with our clients’ job openings.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll for our temporary workforce.
  • Champion a culture of safety by prioritizing safety and compliance in all aspects of work.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Salary Range:

The anticipated salary for this position is $18.75 per hour. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications necessary for the role, including experience, training, and any other factors permitted by law. Physical and Work Requirements:

This position is based in a branch environment characterized by frequent interaction with customers and regular operation of a computer, phone, and other office equipment.
