Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and appreciated by addressing inquiries regarding products sold both within the department and throughout the store.
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products available in the department to effectively respond to queries and make suitable suggestions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster teamwork in achieving company and store objectives.
  • Prepare beverage selections to specifications and customer preferences, utilizing the appropriate equipment, and process transactions in accordance with company best practices.
