Minimum Qualifications:

  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of products sold in the department to competently respond to questions and provide recommendations.

  • Report any discrepancies in product ordering or shipping to the department manager.
  • Stay informed about current, future, seasonal, and special promotions.
  • Promote safety initiatives by adhering to safety protocols, identifying unsafe conditions, and notifying store management; comply with all food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and reporting any repair needs to the appropriate department or store manager.
  • Inform management of any accidents involving customers or employees; report all safety risks, including incidents of robbery, theft, or fraud, to store management.
