Job description:
This role is responsible for preparing a variety of coffee shop beverages and food items, operating the cash register, and processing payments in a prompt and efficient manner, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare food items in accordance with specified procedures.

– Advise the department lead or manager regarding the need to order products and supplies.
– Comply with company policies related to security, cash handling, and product management (including handling damaged or spoiled products).

– Communicate company programs, including loyalty initiatives, in-store specials, and coupons to customers while modeling high standards of service to enhance the customer experience.
– Adhere to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety guidelines.
– Follow food safety and cleaning standards.
– Uphold guest experience guidelines.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED preferred.
– A minimum of one year of retail or related experience is preferred.
