AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Starbucks Barista” in Eaton Rapids, MI, it’s essential to compare it to the average wages for similar roles in the region and within the coffee shop industry. As of 2023, baristas in Michigan typically earn between $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience, location, and establishment. If the offered hourly rate falls within this range, it would be considered competitive and align with industry standards. However, if the rate is significantly lower, it may be less attractive, particularly given the increasing cost of living and the demand for fair wages in the service industry. To accurately assess competitiveness, specific figures would need to be provided for the role in question.
