Our team is comprised of experts in operations, processes, and efficiency, leading food and beverage services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signage across all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

• Creating a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by managing the quality and freshness of food offerings.

As a Starbucks Barista, your daily responsibilities may include:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their shopping experience at all times.
• Upholding and executing the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Executing food and beverage processes such as managing food deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting cleaning, organizing, and storing reserve products.
• Staying informed about current and upcoming promotions within Starbucks.
• Adhering to Target and Starbucks routines to consistently deliver a remarkable guest experience while efficiently completing necessary tasks and maintaining food safety.
• Supporting the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure that digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
• Maintaining an inviting dining area for guests throughout your shift.
• Engaging with guests to exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
• Preparing handcrafted beverages and food in accordance with established recipe specifications.
• Monitoring and recording temperatures of sensitive food items in accordance with best practices and food safety requirements.
• Documenting and completing all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks area following best practices.
• Identifying and processing damaged, recalled, or expired items according to best practice guidelines.

• Proactively engaging with guests to assist with their specific needs.
