About Food & Beverage:

The Food & Beverage team is dedicated to delivering a consistent guest experience by ensuring that products are fresh, readily available, and accurately priced and displayed on the sales floor. As operational experts, this team leads various food and beverage services, encompassing replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, and presentation as well as pricing and promotional signage.

• Acquiring foundational knowledge in guest service and cultivating a guest-first culture within Starbucks.
• Delivering a consistent Starbucks experience by preparing handcrafted beverages and products.

As a Starbucks Barista, your typical day will consist of various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Providing an exceptional guest experience and establishing connections through the delivery of quality handcrafted beverages and food, placing guest needs above task completion.
• Upholding and adhering to the Food and Beverage Standards, all Starbucks brand standards, and food safety protocols.
• Executing food and beverage processes such as deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, cleaning, and managing data accuracy.
