Job Title: Staybridge Suites Night Audit

Company: Staybridge Suites

Location: Marquette, MI

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a “Staybridge Suites Night Audit” position in Marquette, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the hospitality sector. Typically, night auditors in hotel settings earn between $16 and $20 per hour based on factors such as experience and location. Given that Marquette is a smaller city, the cost of living is generally lower than in larger metropolitan areas, which may justify a slightly reduced wage; however, the offered rate may not be competitive enough to attract skilled candidates. Overall, while the wage aligns closely with entry-level or low-experience roles, it may not provide sufficient incentive for those with more experience or looking for a sustainable career in hospitality.
