Job Responsibilities:
As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen and dining areas, handling dishwashing duties, and restocking supplies. Your role will involve embodying the core values of 6PM Hospitality Partners, LLC, and Hilton standards, while going above and beyond to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Present yourself neatly and cleanly by reporting to work in uniform.
  • Greet all guests in a friendly and positive manner, fostering personal connections that make them feel welcome and valued.
  • Anticipate and address the needs and expectations of our guests, surpassing them whenever possible.
  • Contribute to maintaining the hotel’s quality and reputation by ensuring a spotless environment for guests.
  • Clean and clear all dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses promptly.
  • Wash and properly store all dirty dishes.
  • Assist with sweeping and mopping kitchen areas to maintain cleanliness.
  • Clean and polish kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas are kept clean and orderly.
  • Uphold stringent hygiene and sanitation regulations.
  • Ensure that all kitchen and dishwashing equipment is clean and in optimal working order.
  • Report any maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist with compliance concerning food safety and production requirements, including proper chemical handling and awareness of cleaning techniques and equipment operations.
  • Adapt to changing situations and independently prioritize tasks as required.
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness, which are crucial for food safety.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by management or supervision.
