THE JOB:
As a member of the Stewarding Utility team, you will play a vital role in the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant outlets by ensuring that dinnerware, flatware, and glassware are properly cleaned and prepared. Your contributions will help establish a safe and hygienic work environment in the kitchens of our dining establishments.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of enthusiastic individuals in a lively and fast-paced setting to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Receive and sanitize guests’ soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Efficiently remove and restock cleaned dinnerware, flatware, and glassware in designated dining areas.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness by diligently mopping and sweeping floors, scrubbing walls, and managing waste levels in receptacles.
  • Uphold guest safety by strictly adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Elevate the guest experience by utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve any challenges.
