Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Assistant at Trilogy, you will undertake essential duties typical of CNAs/STNAs, while making meaningful connections with residents and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning and enhancing your skills through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program.
- Participating in daily nursing reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene activities, including turning, lifting, positioning, and safe transportation.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and making informed decisions as necessary.
