As a member of our team, you will contribute to a clean and organized environment with a primary focus on floor care. Your responsibilities will encompass the operation of floor scrubbers and buffers, as well as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. You will be expected to adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and will be cross-trained to support various areas of the store in alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the store, including the maintenance and operation of floor care equipment.
– Ensure all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards are met across the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
– Comply with all Health and Safety policies, ensuring essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End are replenished.
– Participate in cross-training in other areas of the store, such as Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor.
– Respond proactively to Front End coverage needs.
– Maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
– Engage in store recovery initiatives as needed throughout the day.
– Follow all operational and loss prevention protocols in accordance with company policies, focusing on shrink reduction.
– Communicate effectively and accurately with management and Associates.
– Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including those regarding Associate meal and break periods.
– Promote safety awareness to maintain a safe working environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
