AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a Store Leader in Plymouth, MI, it’s essential to compare it with industry standards and regional variances in retail management salaries. As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, the average hourly wage for a Store Leader, which often includes responsibilities such as team management, inventory control, and sales performance, ranges from approximately $17 to $30 per hour, depending on the size of the store and company. To determine competitiveness, consider the specific rate offered against this range, along with local cost of living and demand for retail leaders in the area. If the hourly rate falls within or above this range, it is likely considered competitive; conversely, a rate significantly below this average could suggest a need for reevaluation to attract and retain talent. For the most accurate assessment, current market data and local job postings should be reviewed.
