We welcome candidates who possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or
• Over 4 years of service in the U.S. Military
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-oriented environment
• Proven leadership skills and the capability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
