We welcome candidates who possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or
- Over 4 years of service in the U.S. Military
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-oriented environment
- Proven leadership skills and the capability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
