Responsibilities:
– Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
– Prepare and serve quality food and beverages tailored to customer specifications in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.
– Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks effectively and excel in their roles.
– Monitor in-store inventory to ensure products are well-stocked, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
– Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications:
– Ability to multitask, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, and assist in lifting up to 40 pounds.
– Must be at least 18 years of age (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 years of age for certain tasks).
