Job description:

As a GoGetter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and store. You will frequently serve as the first and last warm smile our customers encounter. From the bustling morning rush to the afternoon lunch peak, and late-night snackers, you will collaborate with fellow Team Members to ensure that each customer—whether they are enjoying a fresh sandwich, picking up dinner for their families, or simply refueling—receives the warm welcome and exceptional service they deserve.

Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds
Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, ensuring the well-being of Team Members, customers, and products.
  • Process customer orders by accurately scanning items or entering prices into the register in adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Finalize transactions by totaling customer orders and receiving payment.
  • Vigilantly monitor customers at fuel pumps to help prevent drive-offs and ensure safe use of gasoline containers, as well as enforcing proper protocols for pumping fuel for multiple vehicles.
  • Organize and straighten shelves as necessary.
  • Assist with light stocking responsibilities and communicate any out-of-stock items to management.
  • Return misplaced items to their correct locations.
  • Uphold cleanliness in all areas, including equipment, countertops, floors, restrooms, and the exterior pump area, to meet safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local laws concerning cigarette sales.
  • Adhere to all coupon handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with fellow store Team Members to maintain security within the store.
  • Provide assistance in the kitchen area as required.

Starting Rate of Pay: $14.00
