Job description:

As a GoGetter, you will play an essential role in ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen and store. You will frequently be the first and last smiling face our customers encounter. During the bustling morning rush, the busy afternoon lunch crowds, and late-night snack visits, you will work collaboratively with other Team Members to ensure that each customer—whether they are enjoying a fresh sandwich, collecting dinner for their family, or simply waiting at the pump—receives a warm welcome and the excellent service they deserve.

Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds
Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work for yourself, your Team Members, customers, and products.
  • Process customer orders by accurately scanning or entering prices into the register, adhering to established company policies and procedures.
  • Finalize transactions and collect payments by totaling the orders and accepting payment from customers.
  • Vigilantly monitor customers at the pumps to prevent drive-offs and ensure the safe use of gasoline containers, as well as avoid the concurrent servicing of multiple vehicles within a single transaction.
  • Organize and straighten shelves as needed.
  • Assist with light stocking duties and promptly inform management of any out-of-stock items.
  • Return misplaced items to their proper locations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including equipment, counters, floors, restrooms, and the exterior pump area, to meet safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Comply with all state and local laws regarding cigarette sales.
  • Adhere to all procedures regarding coupon handling.
  • Support fellow store Team Members in maintaining store security.
  • Assist in the kitchen area as required.

Starting Rate of Pay: $14.00
