At BODY20, we are seeking a highly skilled Studio Manager (SM) to join our dynamic leadership team at one of our rapidly expanding studios. This pivotal role requires overseeing daily operations, driving sales and profitability, and fostering staff development while upholding our brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Franchisee to enhance studio operations and profitability.
  • Provide leadership through ongoing development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches.
  • Achieve high-performance metrics related to revenue, inventory management, payroll, cost control, and facility maintenance.
  • Attend all mandated monthly meetings and participate in Corporate Webinars.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet studio demand while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings and monthly one-on-one meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach.
  • Ensure adherence to front desk procedures, including Member Check-In, telephone inquiries, past-due account protocols, and customer care calls.
  • Plan and promote special events for the studio on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure the facility remains clean, well-maintained, and operationally sound.
  • Oversee the hiring and training of new employees.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of proven customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related field.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, coupled with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience managing annual revenues of $600,000 or more.
  • Familiarity with membership-based wellness or fitness studios.
  • Proficient in organic lead generation for prospective memberships.
  • Strong business acumen focused on boosting revenue and profitability through membership sales, retention, inventory management, scheduling, and event management.
  • Confident in generating membership and product sales to exceed revenue targets while fostering member relationships for optimal retention.
  • A motivated, detail-oriented, and people-centric leader capable of guiding a team by example, delegation, correction, and instruction.
