AI Pay Analysis: To evaluate the hourly rate for a Superintendent role in Livonia, MI, it’s important to consider several factors, including local cost of living, industry standards, and the specific responsibilities associated with the role. As of my last update, Superintendent salaries typically range from $25 to $50 per hour, depending on experience, the size of the projects overseen, and the company. Livonia, being part of the Detroit metropolitan area, may offer rates that are slightly higher due to demand for skilled construction management professionals. If the hourly rate falls within or exceeds this range, it would generally be considered competitive. Conversely, if it is significantly below this range, it may not align with industry standards or adequately reflect the level of expertise required for the position. For a precise assessment, comparing the rate to localized salary surveys or job postings would provide further insight.
