Job Description
Job Title: Supervisor, Food & Beverage
Company: Great Wolf Lodge
Location: Traverse City, MI
Pay: $19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $19 for a “Supervisor, Food & Beverage” position in Traverse City, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role, particularly in a tourism-driven area where seasonal employment often pushes wages higher. According to industry standards, food and beverage supervisors typically earn between $22 and $30 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, establishment type, and region. Given the cost of living in Traverse City and the competitive nature of the hospitality sector, this rate may not attract the most qualified candidates or adequately reflect the responsibilities associated with the position, suggesting that an increase could improve competitiveness in hiring.
