Job description:
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire’s, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. In the absence of other management, you will have the authority to open and close the store, ensuring that operations are conducted safely and in accordance with legal standards. Your responsibilities will include:

– Delivering exceptional sales through friendly and efficient customer service
– Creating a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
– Demonstrating Claire’s products effectively
– Assisting customers by addressing their queries with your product knowledge
– Contributing to store operations, including processing deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
– Providing ear piercing services (full training will be provided)
– Maintaining an inviting and presentable store environment

About You:
– High school education is preferred
– A minimum of one year of retail experience
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities
– Basic computer proficiency
– An understanding of the importance of customer service
– Competent in mathematics and possess strong reading comprehension skills
– Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
– Capacity to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
– Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and utilizing step stools while organizing merchandise and assisting customers
– Proficiency in operating a POS system

Compensation Range: $11.65 – $13.65 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
