Job description:
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire’s, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail targets through effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting in the opening and closing of the store in the absence of other management, ensuring that all operations comply with safety and legal standards.
– Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
– Creating a fun and enjoyable environment for customers while actively demonstrating Claire’s products.
– Utilizing your product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions.
– Supporting store operations by processing deliveries, managing visual merchandising, conducting stock takes, and implementing markdowns and promotions.
– Performing ear piercing services, with comprehensive training provided.
– Maintaining a well-presented and inviting store atmosphere for our customers.

About You:
– A minimum of some high school education is required, along with at least one year of retail experience.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
– Proficiency in basic computer skills and a solid understanding of the importance of customer service.
– Strong mathematical aptitude and effective reading comprehension skills.
– Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, regularly lift up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. Tasks may involve bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders or step stools to assist customers and manage merchandise effectively.
– Proficient in operating a POS system.

Compensation Range: $11.65 – $13.65
